Virginia Tech’s Land Use Education Program (LUEP) held its annual Legal Seminar on June 3rd in Charlottesville. The event was packed with information for local planning commissioners and staff. Presentations focused on: General Assembly Session Review, Cash Proffers Legislation, and GO Virginia & Regional Economic Development.
