The New River Valley Regional Commission and the West Piedmont Regional Commission are pleased to partner to provide property owners interested in historic rehabilitation with a training opportunity to learn more about state and federal Historic Tax Credits on September 20th. The morning portion of the training will be conducted by the Virginia Department of Historic Resources (DHR) and in the afternoon, participants will get to hear from a local property developer that has successfully utilized the credits on several projects.
