The Regional Commission is partnering with Uncork It to produce an After Action Plan to chronicle the regional response to the COVID-19 pandemic. There were many regional and local organizations and governments as well as a myriad of volunteers who supported a unique regional response to the pandemic in the New River Valley and the After Action Plan is being developed to capture the processes, relationships, as well as chronicle the logistics and timeline of the pandemic impact. Please consider responding to surveys and interviews should the Business Continuity Team or Uncork It reach out to help us create an accurate report as well as to guide local and regional leaders as they will inevitably face future crises and regional concerns.
